Position Summary:

F&B Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Supervise service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Guide and train service staff on F&B procedures and hospitality standards.
• Recommend and upsell beverages, showcasing strong product knowledge.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve service issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control across the F&B areas.
• Assist in menu planning and beverage selection based on guest preferences.
• Monitor inventory and support stock management of bar and restaurant supplies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  2–3 years in a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Beverage Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of wines, cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

• Guest-Centric:

  Warm personality with a focus on delivering personalized service.

• Team Player:

  Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to guide junior team members.

• Presentation:

  Well-groomed with a professional demeanor.
