Job Description

oversees daily dining operations, staff, and financial performance in a hospitality setting

Daily Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including service execution and maintaining brand standards.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Delegate tasks to ensure efficient service and team performance.
Inventory and Procurement:
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products.
Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures for both food and service. Ensure proper hygiene, presentation, and portion control.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control the budget, and analyze financial data to improve profitability.
Guest Satisfaction:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, and implement changes to improve the overall guest experience.
Compliance:
Ensure the department complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
