A Food & Beverage (F&B) Butler plays a pivotal role in delivering personalized and high-quality dining experiences, particularly for VIP guests in luxury hotels, resorts, or private residences. This position combines exceptional service skills with deep knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Operations

Serve meals and beverages in guest rooms or designated dining areas, adhering to high service standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including wine and food pairings.
Manage in-room dining orders and ensure prompt delivery.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Keep detailed records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.

Inventory & Maintenance

Monitor and restock in-room amenities and minibar items.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of service areas and equipment.
