Waitress/ Stewardess/ Hostess Job Overview: As an F&B Service Waitress, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through excellent service. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities Guest Interaction : Greet and escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and inform them of daily specials. Order Management : Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen or bar staff, and ensure timely delivery. Service Excellence : Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are accurate and presented attractively. Upselling : Suggest additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Table Maintenance : Clear and clean tables promptly, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Billing : Prepare and present bills, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately. Team Collaboration : Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Compliance : Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
