Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Associate to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Prepare and cook various dishes and beverages according to established recipes and menus.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&B Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred.
