About StyleZen

60 minutes

What you’ll do
  • Create & maintain product master data:

Titles, bullet points, long descriptions, fabric/fit/care, gender/occasion/seasonal tags, size charts.
  • Variant mapping & normalization:

Color/size/fit mapping; parent–child relationships; unify naming conventions (e.g., “Sky Blue” vs “Light Blue”).
  • Image pipeline & QC:

Prepare clean, consistent product/variant images—full items visible (not cut off), model/background removed where needed; file naming & order (primary/alt views); compress & upload.
  • Attribute completeness & taxonomy:

Ensure 100% completion of mandatory attributes (brand, MRP, selling price, GST slab if applicable, returnability, T&B eligibility, warranty, materials).
  • Pricing & compliance checks:

Validate MRP vs selling price, strikethrough logic, and promo flags; ensure StyleZen policy compliance.
  • Feed prep & uploads:

Prepare bulk sheets/CSVs for imports to our CMS/WMS/Shopify/website; run validation checks; fix errors.
  • SEO hygiene for PDPs:

Craft search-friendly titles/meta, alt text, and structured bullets to improve CTR and conversion.
  • Data QA & audits:

Run periodic checks on broken images, size-chart gaps, mis-tagging, and duplicates; coordinate fixes with brand/KAM/design.
  • Cross-team coordination:

Work with Category/KAM, Design, Engineering, and Operations to keep the catalog live, accurate, and performant under 60-min SLAs.
  • SOP documentation:

Capture repeatable steps and edge cases into clear SOPs.

What you’ll learn
  • How catalog quality impacts CTR, ATC, returns, and T&B success.
  • Fast-moving ops in a 60-minute delivery environment.
  • Real-world tooling: Google Sheets/Excel (vlookups, pivots), bulk import workflows, basic SQL, basic image editing (Photoshop/Canva), CMS/WMS.
  • Taxonomy design, attribute systems, and variant logic for fashion.

Must-have skills
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency; zero-tolerance for sloppy data.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (filters, formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
  • Excellent written English; crisp, consumer-friendly copy.
  • Basic image handling (crop, resize, background removal using tools).
  • Process mindset: follow checklists, spot edge cases, and document fixes.

Good-to-have
  • Basic SQL familiarity; Shopify/BigCommerce/Magento or similar CMS experience.
  • Knowledge of fashion attributes (fits, fabrics, size curves) and GTIN/EAN basics.
  • SEO fundamentals (keywords, titles, alt text).
  • Prior internship in e-commerce cataloging or marketplace ops.

Success metrics (what “great” looks like)
  • Attribute completeness:

    100% mandatory attributes per SKU.
  • Image QC pass rate:

≥ 98% (correct order, clarity, background rules, no cut-offs).
  • Error rate on bulk uploads:

    ≤ 1% after first pass.
  • TAT:

New SKU from handoff → live within agreed SLA (e.g., < 24 hours).
  • PDP outcomes:

Improved CTR and reduced “returns due to incorrect product info.”

Working hours & culture
  • 6-day workweek during peak periods (festivals/wedding season); compensatory offs as per policy.
  • Ownership, clarity, and speed—expect crisp checklists and fast feedback loops.
