You’ll craft thumb-stopping content and engineer the growth loops that turn viewers into loyal customers. Channel Strategy & Road-mapping Set quarterly IG objectives (follower, reach, saves, CTR, CAC) aligned to product launches and drops. Define content pillars, posting cadence, and budget. Content Ideation & Production Build 4-week rolling calendars (Reels, carousels, Stories, Lives). Write briefs/scripts; direct shoots with our designer/videographer; edit or QC final assets. Brand Aesthetics & Voice Maintain a cohesive “calm, confident, effortless” visual language. Craft hooks and captions that spark saves, shares, and DMs. Growth & Performance Optimisation Track KPIs in IG Insights/GA4; run weekly A/B tests on hooks, formats, posting windows. Create lightweight paid pushes (boosted Reels, Spark ads) to amplify winners. Influencer & UGC Flywheel Source, vet, and negotiate with micro-creators (5K–100K) in men’s fashion/lifestyle. Seed styling challenges and turn customers into on-camera advocates. Community Management Reply to comments/DMs, host AMAs, drop polls, and surface styling questions to our experts. Monitor sentiment and escalate product feedback to the team. Cross-Functional Glue Sync with Growth, Merch, and Ops so styling sessions, new collections, and promo codes hit the feed at just the right moment. Requirements 3–5 yrs leading Instagram growth for a consumer/lifestyle brand or agency client. Portfolio showing 0 → 100K+ follower growth and Reels-first success (include metrics). Skilled in short-form video trends, mobile editing (CapCut/Final Cut/Adobe), and Canva/Figma. Fluent with IG Insights, GA4, UTMs, and basic ad-set setup; can translate data into action. What you’ll do Create & maintain product master data: Titles, bullet points, long descriptions, fabric/fit/care, gender/occasion/seasonal tags, size charts. Variant mapping & normalization: Color/size/fit mapping; parent–child relationships; unify naming conventions (e.g., “Sky Blue” vs “Light Blue”). Image pipeline & QC: Prepare clean, consistent product/variant images—full items visible (not cut off), model/background removed where needed; file naming & order (primary/alt views); compress & upload.
