Role Description

Fashion Designer & Founder’s Assistant

You’ll play a central role in keeping the brand running smoothly — managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and contributing creatively to upcoming projects.

full-time, on-site role in Jaipur

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder, assisting in daily coordination, planning, and communication
• Support in design development — sketches, research, mood boards, and fabric sourcing
• Support in sampling and product development across categories (clothing, jewellery, gifting, and bags)
• Coordinate with tailoring, jewellery, and product vendors to ensure timely execution
• Maintain organized studio records — fabrics, swatches, samples, and technical files
• Oversee packaging and dispatch for both domestic and international orders
• Create layouts and graphics for campaigns, lookbooks, and social media (Canva/Adobe tools)
• Handle order tracking, logs, and day-to-day operational tasks

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field

• Strong organizational skills

  and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-changing, high-energy environment

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Proficiency in

  Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop

  preferred
• A strong eye for

  color, fabric, and proportion

• Calm, patient, and solution-oriented, even under pressure
• Willingness to take ownership, work hard, and grow with the brand
