Role Description – Brand Operations Associate (Fashion, Lifestyle & Product Operations)

Brand Operations Associate

It’s a dynamic, all-round role where you’ll move between design planning, production coordination, dispatch, and research — essentially being the founder’s right hand in keeping the brand running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the founder in daily studio operations and brand planning
• Process and track customer orders across platforms
• Coordinate with tailors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers
• Research fabrics, silhouettes, colors, and materials for new collections
• Oversee packaging and dispatch (domestic & international)
• Maintain inventory, sampling, and production records
• Support fittings, styling, and photoshoots when needed
• Keep communication clear across all teams and partners

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion, Design, or related fields preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication in English & Hindi
• Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Shopify/Etsy preferred)
• Aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Calm, flexible, and proactive attitude in a fast-moving creative setup
• Eagerness to learn and grow with a small, passionate team
