Role Description

As a Fashion Designer / Graphic Designer Assistant, you will work directly with the founder and be involved in both creative and operational aspects of the studio. The role combines design support, digital content creation, and production coordination. You will gain hands-on experience in the Indian and export markets, while working on customizable and inclusive clothing. This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur, offering practical exposure and the chance to contribute directly to a growing design studio.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design development including sketches, mood boards, and fabric sourcing
• Support in fittings, styling, and photoshoot preparation
• Create graphics and digital content for campaigns, lookbooks, and social media
• Coordinate with tailoring and production for smooth execution of designs
• Maintain design records, fabric swatches, and technical sheets
• Handle day-to-day studio tasks such as order records and courier coordination

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, or Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
• Strong eye for color, prints, and patterns
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced studio environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow while contributing to both Indian and export markets
