Role Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Curator who can bring the Oyela aesthetic to life across digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines strong design sense, fashion intuition, and data-driven strategy to create visually engaging experiences that drive sales and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute guidelines for product positioning across website, marketplaces.
• Curate homepages, collection pages, and product grids for seasonal drops and campaigns.
• Provide proper title and description for the product to catalogue team
• Identify hero products and opportunities for cross-selling, styling bundles, and lookbooks.
• Ensure curated selections meet commercial goals, inventory budgets, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to align visuals with campaign storytelling.
• Optimize visual hierarchy and product placement based on performance metrics.
• Analyze Trend and Stay ahead of emerging fashion to keep the Oyela brand relevant and aspirational.
• Work closely with Design, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of visual concepts.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Oyela across channels and keep Brand Aesthetic standard high

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or  related field from NIFT, Pearl, or similar institutions.

• 2–5 years of experience

  in online product display and visual appeal or fashion branding/styling (preferably D2C).
• Strong eye for color, layout, and detail with a deep understanding of youth fashion trends.
• Experience in basic image editing will be a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative startup environment
