Job Description

Job Summary:

Assist customers in selecting fashion products, provide styling advice, and ensure an excellent shopping experience to enhance brand loyalty and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in choosing outfits, accessories, and fashion items.
Offer styling suggestions based on customer preferences and trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement.
Maintain knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and collections.
Ensure proper merchandising and visual display of the store.
Handle billing, exchanges, and returns professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Fashion/Marketing/Retail Management (preferred).
1 - 3 years of experience in fashion retail or styling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong fashion sense and customer-centric approach.
