Fashion and lifestyle HR head

As the Head of Human Resources at our organization based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational transformation and fostering a high-performance culture. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and with a dotted line reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for aligning people systems with business objectives and leading various HR initiatives to support our growth plans. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing HR strategies that are in line with our business goals, serving as a strategic advisor to the CFO and CEO on matters related to workforce planning and organizational design, and leading change management initiatives to facilitate transformation and innovation. Additionally, you will be tasked with establishing governance frameworks for HR policies, designing and optimizing people systems, and driving the implementation and enhancement of HR technology platforms. Furthermore, you will be expected to build and oversee Learning & Development programs aimed at fostering leadership, upskilling, and career growth among our employees. Your role will also involve leading strategic talent acquisition and succession planning efforts, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. You should demonstrate a proven track record in driving change, implementing HR technology, and managing governance frameworks, coupled with a strong understanding of employment law, organizational psychology, and strategic HR planning.
