As the Head of Human Resources at our organization based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational transformation and fostering a high-performance culture. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and with a dotted line reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for aligning people systems with business objectives and leading various HR initiatives to support our growth plans. Your role will also involve leading strategic talent acquisition and succession planning efforts, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. You should demonstrate a proven track record in driving change, implementing HR technology, and managing governance frameworks, coupled with a strong understanding of employment law, organizational psychology, and strategic HR planning.
