Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of farm workers (planting, irrigation, fertilizing, harvesting, feeding, etc.).
• Monitor crop or livestock health and report any issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain farm safety and hygiene standards.
• Oversee the use, maintenance, and repair of farm equipment and machinery.
• Schedule and manage irrigation, pest control, and fertilization routines.
• Keep accurate records of farm activities, input usage, and production yields.
• Assist with inventory management for supplies such as seeds, fertilizers, and feed.
• Train and support workers in best agricultural practices.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agronomists, or veterinary professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role on a farm.
• Strong knowledge of crop or livestock production (depending on the farm type).
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot farm machinery and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Working Conditions:

• Long hours during planting or harvesting seasons.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• May require weekend or holiday work depending on seasonal demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
