Farm Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the farm premises to ensure a clean, safe, and well-managed environment. Manage inventory of tools, equipment, fertilizers, and consumables; ensure timely repair and upkeep of all farm machinery and watering/irrigation infrastructure. Supervise labour teams, assign tasks, monitor work accuracy, and maintain productivity and discipline. Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all farm activities, including field operations, maintenance, and post-harvest handling. Coordinate procurement of materials, spare parts, and supplies in line with farm schedules and operational needs. Support logistics, stock movement, and resource management to enable smooth workflow and efficient farm operations. Maintain basic documentation, daily logs, and coordination with farm management for planning and reporting. Eligibility: 3 to 5 years of experience in farm supervision, operations, or agricultural maintenance. Strong practical knowledge of tools, machinery handling, and irrigation systems. Good communication and team-handling skills. Ability to manage schedules, track inventories, and coordinate with vendors. Must own a two-wheeler for on-site mobility. Computer literate; ability to maintain basic records and reports.
