JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic HR Executive with strong IT proficiency and advanced MS Excel skills . This role will oversee essential HR functions including recruitment, employee data management, payroll coordination, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with digital tools, HR software, and data analysis. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of poultry farm infrastructure projects. This includes executing end-to-end civil and structural works for broiler, layer, or breeder poultry farms to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. - Prepare detailed farm layouts and construction blueprints for poultry sheds, feed stores, water systems, and waste management units. - Collaborate with architects, farm designers, and agricultural engineers to align structural plans with biosecurity and animal welfare standards. - Supervise site construction activities including excavation, civil works, structural steel fabrication, plumbing, and electrical installations. - Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, and resource planning on-site. - Source and manage vendors, contractors, and construction materials while adhering to company quality standards and cost benchmarks. - Inspect and verify the quality of construction materials and completed work. - Ensure all constructions adhere to local building codes, environmental norms, and safety regulations. - Implement farm-specific design standards like deep litter, elevated cages, climate-controlled sheds, and biosecure zones. - Report construction milestones and flag delays or risks to the project manager. - Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (preferred background in Agri Infra is a plus). - 3+ years of hands-on experience in farm infrastructure construction (poultry, dairy, or agriculture projects preferred). - Site management and civil works supervision - AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project (or other project scheduling tools) - Strong knowledge of RCC, PEB, and light steel structures - Familiarity with HVAC systems and poultry-specific construction (like climate-controlled sheds),
