Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Factory Supervisor role based in Bengaluru. The Factory Supervisor will oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, monitoring production schedules, implementing quality control measures, and coordinating with teams to achieve production targets. The Factory Supervisor will also ensure adherence to operational protocols and contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes.

• Experience in Manufacturing Operations, including supervising processes and workflows
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Familiarity with safety and compliance protocols in manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
