Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily factory operations and ensure timely completion of production schedules. Allocate work to labour and machine operators based on skill and requirement. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive servicing. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies. Maintain records of production output, material consumption, and downtime. Train and guide workers to improve productivity and reduce errors. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and consumables. Handle labour attendance, discipline, and shift planning. Report production issues, delays, or any deviations to management promptly.
