Factory Manager

12 hr fix working  Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production teams (machine operators, assemblers, etc.) Ensure that production schedules are met on time and within quality standards Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to avoid downtime Oversee setup, operation, and troubleshooting of plastic molding machines Quality Assurance Inspect products and processes to ensure they meet required specifications Enforce company and industry quality control standards Coordinate with quality control/QA teams to resolve product issues quickly Team Leadership Train, coach, and evaluate production workers Schedule staff shifts, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance Resolve conflicts and promote a safe, respectful, and productive workplace Equipment & Maintenance Ensure machines are properly maintained and calibrated Schedule preventive maintenance and report major mechanical problems Minimize downtime by working with maintenance teams proactively Inventory and Materials Management Monitor raw material levels and request supplies as needed Prevent material shortages or excess by managing usage rates Reduce waste and improve efficiency through process improvements Health & Safety Enforce all safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Identify and address hazards in the workplace Maintain a clean and organized factory environment in line with 5S or lean practices Reporting and Administration Prepare daily or weekly production reports Track production metrics such as output, defects, and downtime Communicate with upper management regarding performance, issues, and improvement plans
