1. Compliance & Industrial Relations Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements. Liaise with statutory bodies for audits and maintain updated records and licenses.
2. HR Operations & Employee Services Manage attendance, payroll inputs, leave, HRMS, and statutory documentation. Oversee employee lifecycle activities and act as a primary HR contact for grievance handling.
3. Performance Management & Workforce Productivity Drive goal-setting, PMS cycles, and appraisals for plant employees. Track manpower productivity and facilitate performance improvement plans.
4. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Execute manpower recruitment plans, support skill mapping, and succession planning.
5. Training, Capability Building & Engagement – Implement training calendars, monitor training effectiveness, and drive employee engagement activities.
6. Strategic HR Partnership – Act as a business partner to plant leadership, align HR initiatives with operational goals, support policy rollouts, and generate HR dashboards and analytics.
