Factory Accountant

Overview
Chemosynth Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all factory related accounting functions at our manufacturing facility in Sachin GIDC, Surat. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in handling accounts within a production environment, comprehensive knowledge of taxation, and hands on expertise in GST filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day factory accounting, including purchase entries, production costing and inventory reconciliation
• Oversee financial records related to manufacturing operations and ensure accuracy in all reporting
• Handle all taxation related activities including TDS, TCS, professional tax and other statutory compliances
• Prepare and file GST returns with complete accuracy
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure all documentation is maintained as per compliance requirements
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments and expense management for factory operations
• Support management with monthly MIS, cost analysis and financial insights
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company financial policies

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing or production line environment
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST and other taxation compliances
• Proven experience in GST filing and return preparation
• Ability to work independently on site and coordinate with multiple departments
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Preferred: Experience with chemical or industrial manufacturing units

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
