Factory Accountant

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Maintaining records in the factory - Assisting with statutory filings and compliances at the Head Office - Implementing budgeting and reporting to senior management - Liaising with accountants and auditors for month-end closure and yearly audits - Coordinating with factory and warehousing departments to ensure adherence to processes - Managing invoicing, expense reports, and financial statements - Executing invoicing for clients and enforcing credit control policies - Handling other ad-hoc tasks - Being willing to spend 1 week every month at the Bangalore Head Office Qualifications & Experience required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles - Proficiency in using accounting software such as XERO, Zoho, QuickBooks - Knowledge of Power-Bi or any other analytical tool - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - 1-3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Audit Additional qualities that would be a plus: - Good with numbers and ownership - Good conversational skills in English and Tamil Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
