Lab Technician- Organic Chemistry

As a Lab Technician joining our R&D and Quality Control team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to analytical testing, process validation, and the development of new applications for chemical and dyestuff products. Your role will involve: - Conducting routine and non-routine laboratory analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. - Assisting the R&D team in synthesis, purification, and formulation of organic compounds and dyestuff intermediates. - Participating in research projects to identify new applications and product improvements. - Supporting scale-up trials and pilot experiments from laboratory to production scale. - Operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and titration setups. - Preparing and maintaining accurate laboratory records, analytical reports, and calibration logs. - Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and safety protocols in all lab activities, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals. - Collaborating with production and QA teams to correlate lab data with plant performance and maintain product quality. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry. - Strong theoretical and practical chemistry knowledge for freshers and entry-level candidates. - Prior experience (03 years) in a chemical, dyestuff, or pharmaceutical laboratory will be advantageous. - Good understanding of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and analytical techniques.
