Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for R&D Facility Planning, Project management, and Budget control. Your main focus will be on Indirect Procurement including AMC, Spares, and Capex related activities. Additionally, you will be expected to drive adherence to practices for Budget planning in accordance with ZBB philosophy, spend analysis, and management reporting. You will also be involved in project management activities for setting up testing and evaluation facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your sourcing experience to manage logistics and vendor relationships effectively - Negotiate and influence business partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with contracts - Apply your knowledge of international business concepts such as L/C, INCO Terms, and Custom Clearance - Utilize your analytical aptitude to understand and interpret data for spend analysis and management reporting - Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint - Apply logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively - Understand indirect and direct taxation and its impact on the sourcing cycle - Stay aware of changing rules and their impact on work areas - Utilize your project management skills to manage cross-country and cross-functional scopes - Plan facilities with suppliers, considering all aspects related to Civil, Electrical-Mechanical Utilities, IT networks, and safety - Monitor project installation and commissioning plan at Rohtak - Apply your knowledge in industrial building construction, utility installation, Govt. NBC rules, and safety aspects - Demonstrate general competencies such as conceptual understanding, task orientation, quality consciousness, process-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
