Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and technical services. Ensure seamless functioning of building systems such as HVAC, elevators, DG sets, water systems, STP, fire alarm systems, etc. Supervise and coordinate with third-party vendors for AMC, repairs, and compliance checks. Maintain manpower rosters for security, housekeeping, and technical staff. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Address breakdowns or emergency issues promptly with minimal disruption. Prepare maintenance budgets, track expenses, and suggest cost-effective solutions. Ensure statutory and safety compliance (fire safety, electrical licenses, pollution control, etc.). Maintain documentation of AMC contracts, safety audits, and inspection reports. Attend association or resident meetings. Resolve service-related complaints and feedback. Coordinate with tenants for facility needs, fit-outs, escalations, and service requests. Ensure minimum downtime and smooth functioning of tenant premises. Utilize facility management tools like CAFM/BMS/JIRA/QR-based checklist apps. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management or property owners.
