Your Role – Facility Manager

As a Facility Manager at Integra, you will play a key leadership role in managing residential societies (apartments and villas) and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the bridge between our clients, employees, and leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of 20–40 employees (security, housekeeping, gardening, operators & technicians).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met on time.
  • Oversee technical and operational compliance – ensure tickets are closed within SLA.
  • Manage downtime and breakdowns, and supervise logbooks, checklists, and schedules.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, STP/WTP, DG sets, etc.
  • Drive service excellence through problem-solving, team motivation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BE/B-Tech/MBA (preferred).
  • Prior experience in apartment/villa facility management (minimum 1 year) OR willingness to learn with minimal guidance.
  • Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment, STP/WTP, generators is an added advantage.
  • Language: Tamil & English (must).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
