Facility Executive Technical

Job Summary

The Facility Executive – Technical is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within the facility. The role ensures uninterrupted building services and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily MEP operations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other utilities.
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance are conducted as per schedule.
• Monitor AMC/vendor performance and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and rectify faults with minimal downtime.
• Manage energy consumption, electrical load balancing, and utilities usage efficiently.
• Maintain records of daily operations, checklists, logbooks, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory norms, and audit requirements.
• Assist in managing shift technicians and contractors during operations and shutdown activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports on equipment status and maintenance needs.
• Support facility upgrades, fit-outs, and technical audits as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Experience: 3–5 years in facility maintenance, preferably in a commercial/IT building setup.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of HVAC, LT panels, UPS, DG, fire alarm, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance schedules.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, Computer knowldge, team handling, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
