Facility Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Daily R&M ticket work & coordination with Help desk -  (Main Gate, CMB, IDC, 22KV, HVAC, Transport Bay, colony) - Take facility round from 9am to 11am every day and take snag list.

• Water Management - TCL Water management data - Detail Layout, Valve Location , List of Pumps, Monthly Water saving Plan.  Daily water consumption with analysis , Monthly water Consumption. Checking monthly MIDC Bill, monthly consumption of Water Tanker sheet.   Daily HVAC Water requirement update

• Zone -1 Plumbing & Carpentry - Responsible for all Plumbing and Carpentry related repair and maintenance.

• Safety SPOC from JLL , SPOC of ROW - Safety MIS - PAN INDIA EOHS Online Restrain portal- Monthly safety dashboard, work permit,  BU Check collection from zone FE   & Training Data from Transport , Logion facility, DTSS.  Coordination with JLL zone executive to compile Safety Spot check & share single data to FM review.  Zone 1 Spoc - Issuance of Work permit, Toolbox Talk for the respective zone. 

• Daily tracking of: R & M Tickets, PSR, PO, Execution, Bills- Status for Zone 1 , consumables, Commercial pending list , PSR sheet, pending work on weekly sheet & get weekly verified from R&M Head.

• R&M Minor work / Projects: Create BOQ, float Inquiry after TCL confirmation , post approval of BOQ from client, execution and update in portal, follow-up for compliance & payment - Maintain Monthly Project Tracker & Report.

• Monthly PPT every 2nd day of Month - Building wise, area, seats, R&M activity, No of Tickets, Type of Tickets, Ticket Analysis),  PSR- PO, building wise consumables , Monthly Invoices, Monthly improvement, Highlights of Month, Safety Tickets/Observation, No of Spot/BU Checks JSA, Tool box sheet , Training sheet, Month- Project , Project schedule update, before / after images , work progress payment status

• Conduct round along with Client & update status and prepare tracker for the observation & further update the progress to JLL FM
