Facility Executive

Position Title:

Role Summary

The Facility Executive (Soft Services) is responsible for the day-to-day execution of soft service operations such as housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping, and waste management. The role ensures clean, safe, and well-maintained premises and supports smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Monitor housekeeping activities and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned as per standards.
  
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and checklists for cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for periodic cleaning, deep cleaning, and pest control activities.
  
• Support pantry operations, office boy services, and meeting room readiness.
  

Vendor & Staff Coordination

• Coordinate with outsourced housekeeping, pantry, and support staff for effective deployment.
  
• Track staff attendance and report shortages or issues to the supervisor.
  
• Ensure vendors follow SOPs and adhere to service quality standards.
  

Workplace Upkeep

• Monitor washrooms, workstations, cafeteria, meeting rooms, and common areas for cleanliness.
  
• Ensure stock levels of cleaning materials, tissue, handwash, and consumables are maintained.
  

Customer Support

• Respond to employee complaints or service requests and close them within SLA timelines.
  
• Maintain a courteous and helpful approach while interacting with employees and visitors.
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily checklists, observation reports, and issue logs.
  
• Report maintenance issues (e.g., water leakage, electrical faults) to the engineering team.
  
• Maintain inventory records for soft services consumables.
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure housekeeping teams follow safety protocols while using chemicals and equipment.
  
• Support facility audits and maintain documentation required for compliance.
