Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a co-working space in Kaniyapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment while maintaining a strong professional rapport with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

• Handle client queries and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for timely facility support.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and smooth functioning of all utilities and amenities.

• Report and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
