Job Description

Maintaining smooth site operations
Maintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day. In this role, youll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site problems, managing Operation works and keeping timesheets and records for reporting purposes.
Aside from these, youll also see to it that the Operation comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards and codes of practice. Likewise, youll prepare and manage the implementation of the Facility Management Safety Plan.
Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and building maintenance.
Supervise and coordinate with service providers and vendors for maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lift systems, and other infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections of premises, identify maintenance issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and SLAs for facility services.
Coordinate office fit-outs, seating arrangements, and internal movement logistics.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety, fire safety, and hygiene regulations.
Manage inventory of office supplies, consumables, and assets.
Handle facility-related helpdesk tickets and complaints, ensuring prompt responses.
Support in space planning, office events setup, and sustainability initiatives.
Maintain facility-related documentation such as service logs, inspection reports, and compliance certificates.
