Job Description

Job Summary:

The Facility Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation, maintenance, and management of the organizations facilities and infrastructure. The role involves coordinating housekeeping, security, vendor management, maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of facility management including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and pantry services.
Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
Monitor and manage facility budgets, consumables, and inventory.
Handle office space planning, seating arrangements, and upkeep of the work environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain records related to AMCs, maintenance schedules, and statutory compliances.
Supervise vendor performance and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Assist in planning and executing facility-related improvement projects.
Support in organizing corporate events, meetings, and administrative requirements.
Manage access control, ID cards, parking, and visitor management systems.
