Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and address any issues related to soft services.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers/vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality and effectiveness of soft services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to soft services, implementing innovative solutions and technologies to enhance service delivery.
