Job Overview:

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to lead performance marketing efforts for our fast-growing e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience driving profitable growth through Facebook and Instagram Ads with a focus on campaign strategy, creative optimization, and achieving strong ROAS at scale.

Youll take ownership of campaign strategy, creative testing, and budget management with the goal of driving strong ROAS and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

    for multiple e-commerce products.
  • Develop

    data-driven strategies

    to achieve and scale profitable ROAS.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create

    high-performing ad creatives and copies

    .
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    across audiences, creatives, and placements to improve performance.
  • Manage and optimize

    product catalog ads

    and

    dynamic product ads (DPAs)

    in Commerce Manager.
  • Run and optimize

    Advantage Plus campaigns

    using insights and data.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using

    Meta Ads Manager

    ,

    Google Analytics

    , and

    Excel/Google Sheets

    .
  • Troubleshoot account issues such as

    ad disapprovals, billing errors, or account restrictions

    .
  • Stay up to date with

    Meta algorithm changes

    , ad trends, and emerging e-commerce marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 45 years of proven experience managing

    Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns

    for

    e-commerce brands

    .
  • Strong track record of delivering profitable ROAS and scaling campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Shopify

    ,

    product catalogs

    , and

    dynamic product ads

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Google Analytics

    ,

    Excel

    , and

    Google Sheets

    (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of

    Advantage Plus campaigns

    and Facebook optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred:

    Meta Blueprint or Meta Certified Professional certification.
  • Bonus:

    Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai) for copy and creative generation.
