✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for page performance, revenue, and key KPIs.
• Develop and execute a results-driven content plan.
• Compile or Choose high-quality, trend-based videos following internal workflows.
• Design or oversee thumbnails; write titles, descriptions, tags, and timestamps.
• Ensure QA, monetization, and policy compliance before publishing.
• Monitor Facebook trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Analyze data, report on performance, and refine strategies.
• Run Live Streams, Shorts, Reels, Stories, and support post-publication updates.

🛠️ Requirements:

• Social media experience:

  Proven experience managing and growing social media pages on Facebook.

• Facebook expertise:

  Deep understanding of Facebook tools like Creator Studio & Meta Business Suite.

• Data-driven mindset:

  Ability to analyze Facebook metrics and optimize content accordingly.

• Strong communication skills:

  Collaborative and proactive approach to working with teams and engaging with audiences.

• English proficiency:

  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
