F & B EXECUTIVE

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and monitoring the effectiveness of all food and beverage activities in the facility to meet the organization standards. You will directly coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Your role will also include ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies as needed to meet demand. Collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff to plan and execute menus will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively, as well as analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
