Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Manager, your role involves planning, coordinating, directing, and monitoring the effectiveness of all food and beverage activities in the facility to meet the organization standards. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability by directing and coordinating food and beverage operations. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus, and handling customer complaints promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, proven experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership and team management skills, in-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,
