Job Description

We are looking for a skilled FandB Supervisor to join our team at Arlo Hotels, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage supervision or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
