About The Role
Lead Project Management activities for long term Infrastructure Advisory projects spanning from feasibility, procurement and implementation stages. Hands on experience in Project Management Office set up and governance, project planning and control as well as project execution and monitoring related activities. Manage projects comprehensively, including wide-scale stakeholder management, scheduling, governance framework, risk management (incl. risk register, risk mitigation framework), budgeting and cost control, execution, quality management, progress reporting and project handover plans for capital projects. Exhibit good knowledge of PPP project lifecycle, project execution, its coordination, synergy assessment, problem-solving, and facilitation. Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with different workstreams, as well as manage independent tasks efficiently. Employ modern technology and tools to enhance service delivery and lead the adoption of new methodologies. Collaborate closely with Strategy and Transaction teams within the firm for integrated service delivery. Assist in the preparation of proposals, pursuit of new business, and development initiatives, leveraging market insights from secondary research. Remain informed about current business and economic trends that impact the client's industry. Foster and maintain long-term client relationships, networks, and identify business development opportunities. Be willing to travel onshore as required to work alongside the engagement team and fulfil project delivery needs.
Candidate Profile
4 - 6 years of Project Management, infrastructure projects, and client management experience in a consulting/advisory environment. Good understanding of Public Private Partnerships/Project Finance, Feasibility Analysis, Deal Structuring and Procurement Process of infrastructure projects across sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools incl. but not limited to MS office, MS projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
