Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an International Sales Manager.
• The incumbent will be responsible for driving international sales growth, developing strategic business plans, building and managing relationships with distributors and clients across global markets.
• Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales presentations, working closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements, and achieving sales targets in assigned regions.
• The role requires regular market research, competitive analysis, and participating in international trade exhibitions and events.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese Language must
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and reporting
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments and manage global clients
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
