Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Export Sales Representative to join our team at our Noida location. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in export sales, with a strong understanding of international markets and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new export sales opportunities in domestic and international markets. Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients. Coordinate with logistics , production , and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export regulations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize sales. Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation . Attend trade shows and business meetings as required. Skills: Excellent technical communication skills able to explain product specifications and applications clearly. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce , Zoho , or SalesTown . Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Personal Traits: Willingness to travel internationally as required. Self-motivated , target-driven , and capable of working independently. Able to collaborate closely with production and design teams for customized solutions. Education & Technical Knowledge: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Materials , or Industrial Engineering . Understanding of graphite , composites , machining , or high-temperature products is a strong plus . Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales of technical/industrial products . Proven track record of developing new international markets . Familiarity with export documentation , Incoterms , and international trade compliance .
Key Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. Design mechanical components, assemblies, and products tailored for manufacturing feasibility. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure design viability and quality compliance. Prepare BOMs (Bills of Material) and detailed manufacturing drawings. Translate client requirements or internal inputs into conceptual designs and refined prototypes. Improve and modify designs of existing products continuously. Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) accurately in drawings. Maintain design documentation and revision histories diligently. Support prototype testing and product validation during development. Ensure timely delivery by adhering to project deadlines and schedules. Qualifications Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (certified or hands-on experience). Familiarity with other CAD tools like AutoCAD or CATIA is an added advantage. Understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, fabrication, casting). Skills Required Proficient with SolidWorks modules including 3D modeling, sheet metal design, surfacing, assembly, and drafting. Solid understanding of engineering drawing standards and GD&T. Strong problem-solving ability , creativity, and innovative thinking. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in design work. Experience 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in SolidWorks design and CAD work. Freshers with strong SolidWorks skills are also encouraged to apply.
