Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additional duties include coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating recruitment strategies, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be tasked with participating in job fairs and other recruitment events. Qualifications Experience with job posting, resume screening, and interviewing Skills in onboarding, candidate database management, and creating recruitment strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
