  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to expand our international market presence and drive revenue growth

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Market ExpansionDevelop and implement strategies to expand our international market presence for ion exchange resins, targeting new customers, regions, and industries
  • Sales GrowthMeet and exceed sales targets by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with international clients
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Provide excellent customer support and service
  • Market ResearchStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
  • Utilize market research to inform business decisions and strategies
  • Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of export sales professionals, setting performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities
  • Sales ReportingPrepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team, highlighting key performance metrics and market insights
  • Qualifications
  • Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in export sales of ion exchange resins or related chemical products, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, and trade compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
