🧭 Role Overview

OPAXA CRAFTS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Export Merchandiser to independently handle international accounts from sample development, pricing, PO handling and management.

The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with buyers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Communicate directly with international buyers regarding developments, pricing, and approvals.

✅ Coordinate product sampling with design and production teams.

✅ Prepare costing sheets, quotations and close pricing with buying agency.

✅ Handle purchase orders, prepare proforma invoices, and manage order execution.

✅ Track production, packaging, and shipment schedules using internal trackers.

✅ Coordinate with QC, logistics, and accounts for dispatches and documentation.

✅ Maintain updated records for samples, costing, and order status.

✅ Support compliance documentation (Quality reports, etc.).

🎯 Candidate Requirements

🎯 2–5 years of merchandising or export coordination experience.

🎯 Excellent written and spoken English.

🎯 Good understanding of costing, production timelines, and export documentation.

🎯 Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication.

🎯 Knowledge of materials and processes — Iron, Galvanised Sheet Metal, Aluminium Casting.

🎯 Ability to handle multiple orders and buyers simultaneously with attention to detail.
