Job Description

Export marketing professionals require a diverse set of skills to effectively promote products and services in international markets. Key competencies include:

Market Development:

Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and buyers in Worldwide for the company's products.
Conduct market research on demand, pricing, competitors, and consumer preferences in the Worldwide market.
Build and maintain a customer database for Worldwide.

Marketing & Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective export marketing plans tailored for China/Worldwide.
Participate in virtual/international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings targeting Chinese clients/Worldwide.
Prepare country-specific marketing material, presentations, and digital campaigns in Chinese/Worldwide (with translator if required).

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

Coordinate with Chinese/Worldwide customers/distributors via email, phone, and video calls.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, product samples, and pricing negotiations.
Maintain strong business relationships and provide after-sales support.

Documentation & Compliance:

Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for shipments, LC (Letter of Credit), and export documentation.
Ensure compliance with Chinas import regulations, labeling, certifications, and packaging standards.
Liaise with export promotion councils, DGFT, and Chinese authorities (as required).

Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report monthly sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
Monitor payment schedules and support finance teams in recovering export payments.

Digital Marketing Proficiency:
Utilizing online platforms and tools, including social media, SEO, and data analytics, expands reach and drives engagement in global markets.
