Job Description

Export marketing professionals require a diverse set of skills to effectively promote products and services in international markets. Key competencies include:

  • Market Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and buyers in Worldwide for the company's products.
    • Conduct market research on demand, pricing, competitors, and consumer preferences in the Worldwide market.
    • Build and maintain a customer database for Worldwide.
  • Marketing & Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective export marketing plans tailored for Worldwide.
    • Participate in virtual/international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings targeting Worldwide.
    • Prepare country-specific marketing material, presentations, and digital campaigns in Chinese/Worldwide (with translator if required).
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management:

    • Coordinate with Chinese/Worldwide customers/distributors via email, phone, and video calls.
    • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, product samples, and pricing negotiations.
    • Maintain strong business relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Documentation & Compliance:

    • Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for shipments, LC (Letter of Credit), and export documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with Chinas import regulations, labeling, certifications, and packaging standards.
    • Liaise with export promotion councils, DGFT, and Chinese authorities (as required).
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track and report monthly sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Monitor payment schedules and support finance teams in recovering export payments.

  • Digital Marketing Proficiency:


  • Utilizing online platforms and tools, including social media, SEO, and data analytics, expands reach and drives engagement in global markets.

Website & Landing Pages

  • Build professional websites focused on

    products, industry use, and credibility

  • Create

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Target B2B keywords: e.g., "industrial pigment supplier," "bulk chemical exporter India."
  • Optimize content, meta tags, and product pages to rank on Google.

LinkedIn Marketing

  • Connect with decision-makers

    (purchase managers, distributors).
  • Share regular posts, videos, and case studies.
  • Run

    LinkedIn Ads

    targeting specific industries and job titles.

Email Marketing

  • Send
