We are looking for Export Manager below is the JD for the same,

Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies for expanding into new international markets and identifying new business opportunities.Analyze international market trends and competitor activities to inform market entry plans.Sales & Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.Negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign partners to secure profitable transactions.

Export Operations:
Coordinate and oversee the entire export process, including logistics, shipping, and customs clearance.Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export procedures.Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure smooth and legal clearance of goods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to optimize processes and achieve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education: degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:
Practical experience in a similar export, sales, or international trade role is valuable.Market Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of global trade practices, international market analysis, and cultural nuances of different regions.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners.

Organizational Skills:Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex logistics and documentation.

Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges in import/export activities and provide solutions.

Language Skills: Fluency in foreign languages can be a significant asset for international business interactions.
