Job Description

Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendor
Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations
Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customerfeedback
Address customer inquiries and complaints
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives tooptimize export operations
Ensuring compliance with export regulations
Managing logistics and transportation
Dealing with cultural differences.
Managing currency fluctuations.
Finding new markets for products and services

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Presently working in similiar capacity i.e. as Export Executive/Manager with any leading Pharma Company.

Candidate must be a Graduate/MBA preferably in Export Management.
