EXPORT MANAGER

Role Overview: As an Export Manager at Sethus Exports India Pvt, you will be responsible for overseeing the export operations of the company. Your role will involve ensuring that goods and services are successfully sold and transported to international markets. You will be in charge of managing logistics, legal compliance, documentation, and building relationships to ensure the smooth delivery of products to foreign customers. It is mandatory to have FMCG experience for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the export process from order processing to customer delivery, ensuring smooth operations. - Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics departments to facilitate efficient export processes. - Identify potential export markets through market research and trend analysis. - Develop strategies to enhance the company's presence in international markets. - Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export laws. - Handle proper documentation for customs clearance and ensure product compliance with destination countries" regulations. - Maintain relationships with clients, resolve issues, and negotiate terms and prices with overseas customers and distributors. - Coordinate shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and interact with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure on-time delivery. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in FMCG export operations is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and export standards. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills for maintaining client relationships and handling overseas transactions effectively.
